Our turn-around time is 1-3 business days, as all products are made especially just for you and we don’t carry pre-made stock. This time frame is based on the volume of orders received, not including special promotions or sales. Please expect a longer turn-around time during holiday season or promotions. If there will be a significant delay for any reason we will post a notice on our website.

Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations unless there are extenuating circumstances. A 20% restocking fee may be applied if your order has already been processed.

Payment Options
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or cash (for local customers). Canadian orders are in Canadian funds and US & International orders are in US funds.

Shipping
We ship worldwide! Our shopping cart will calculate the various shipping options to your area via Canada Post. The shipping calculated at checkout is an estimate, be assured that you will only be charge for the actual cost of shipping. We do not charge a handling fee and want to offer you a shipping solution that is safe, fast and affordable. Please note that for US & International customers that the shipping cost does not include any possible customs fees that may occur. You will be responsible for any fees that may be incurred out of the actual shipping costs.

All orders over $75 receive free shipping! Canadian orders will automatically be given free shipping at checkout, US orders will have to enter the free shipping code.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All orders are packaged with the utmost care, but if your package does arrive damaged you must notify bōbē within 48 hours from the receipt of your package.

Returns
We stand by our products but due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns; for sanitary reasons and because the products cannot be resold. Exchanges on identical products can be made if it is something erroneous or defective. and bōbē must notified within 48 hours from the receipt of your package.

Special Requests
We want you to be happy and get the most out of your bōbē products so we’ll do our best to help you out. This includes services such as more or less scent, gift certificates or wrapping. Contact us with any requests or questions you may have. Please note that there may be an additional charge for some requests.

Allergic Reactions
bōbē cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions/skin irritations due to the use of our products. All ingredients are listed on our website and labels ~ so please read them carefully. If irritation does occur, discontinue use immediately and contact your physician.

Please note that all product ingredients are approved for use by Health Canada regulation.

Animal Testing
Please be assured that our ingredients as well as finished products are not tested on animals. I think I heard somewhere that that’s what significant others & friends are for :)

Shelf Life
We recommend using your products within 1 year. For optimum shelf life and freshest scent, store in a cool, dark place with lids securely closed.

Colour & Scent of Products
Vanilla scented products may undergo a colour change over time, varying from a pink to tan. This does not however affect the quality.

Also note that just like any fragranced product, due to body chemistry, a scent may have a slightly different fragrance for each individual.
